You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. We offer several shipping tiers:

3. Oversized and Heavy Items (Freight Shipping)
Many automotive parts (like bumpers, engines, transmissions, exhaust systems, and wheels) are too large or heavy for standard carriers like UPS or FedEx.

Freight Carrier: These items ship via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight.

Delivery Requirements: Freight shipments require a valid phone number at checkout. The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Delivery Location: Standard freight includes curbside delivery. If you need a liftgate or delivery to a residential address, additional fees may apply.

Inspection: You must inspect all freight items for damage before signing the carrier's delivery receipt. If the item is damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

4. Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship oversized items, freight items, or hazardous materials (like car batteries, fluids, or aerosols) to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address.

5. Shipping Damage and Missing Items

Reporting window: Please report any shipping damage or missing items to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as we will need photos to file a claim with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping costs.
