Items that have been installed, modified, or used are not eligible for return unless they are proven defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical components that have been installed or tested.
  • Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
  • Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items (unless defective).

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

6. Refunds
